Malachi 3 months

Malachi is still trying to get his hand in his mouth. He seems to be getting his fingers more than his thumb. He loves to swing and to be held. When he is sitting on a chair or laying on the bed, he kicks with his feet anything that he can. It is so sweet to see him learning to use his arms and legs and how alert he looks as he studies everything with his big eyes.

Friday night baseball game

 We went to the Redhawks game in OKC with Qorban's team. It was funny how much they tried to entertain the crowd during the slow parts of the game.

 Qorban's team plus lots of other little league teams got to be on the field for the national anthem.

 Qorban was so happy to watch the game. Christopher was not. We all got new Redhawks hats.

                                                 Liliana watching the game. Liliana, Christopher, Malachi and I spent a lot of the game walking around, visiting the concession stands and the playground out past right field.

After the game, Christopher, Sarah , Grandma and Liliana (she is holding a poster of the team up behind Sarah) took a picture outside the stadium. I was glad that Grandma got to go to the game with us.

                                             Caleb and Sarah in the kiddie pool. The kiddie pool was really great for Sarah. She could touch and walk everywhere in the pool. It had a seat that went all the way around it that Sarah liked to walk on.

Swinging in the park

                                 Malachi is getting bigger and can sit in a swing at the park and swing. He gives us the biggest smiles. But he also gives us this looks that say 'you have got to be kidding.' Here I can imagine him saying and this is better than being in my car seat?

Sarah got a big kick out of swinging with Malachi. 

Zoo trip

 

The zoo was free so we headed out for an adventure. Lots of other people did too. It was packed!!!

Qorban would start out at the same time as Sarah who wanted to slide by herself and then he would get to the bottom first and catch her. He is a great big brother.

                                            kids love feeding the fish. There are huge catfish and turtles and ducks that the kids can buy food for a quarter and feed here.

Seeing Uncle Robbie

The kids love to try to tackle Uncle Robbie and take his wallet and hat. He was ready for them this time with an old wallet and a note tucked in it that said 'got you.'

We met Uncle Rob and Aunt Shelly at a park in Durant. It was nice to hang out for a bit. We normally would go to Lake Texoma but it was cool and stormy even though it is July.

The kids marched out and lined up and then ran to attack. It was great!!!
