I am trying to read to the kids a longer book. We read lots of library books that we finish in one setting. We have started Kingdoms Dawn which is a chapter book. It is an allegory of the Bible. I am not doing the questions in the back with the kids but they certainly give me something to think about.
It will be a while before we are settled into a good routine but so far I am trying to read a chapter each evening while the kids are eating.
I noticed that the author will be at the home school convention this year.
